Degraded performance of International TIN Validation

Incident Report for Sumsub

Resolved

International TIN Validation is fully operational again.

From 15:00 UTC on October 28 to 09:40 UTC on October 29, an issue with our upstream data service caused most checks to fail.

Checks have been stable since recovery, with no further errors observed.

Identified

We are experiencing an issue with International TIN Validation checks. Since October 28, 2026, 15:00 UTC, requests to our upstream data service have been failing intermittently and most TIN validation checks currently return errors.

As a result, verifications that rely on International TIN Validation should be temporarily paused. All other Sumsub services are operating normally. We are working with them to restore the service and will post an update as soon as we have more information.
